Keep Your Details Up To Date!

On the 13th of November 2008, the e-Lottery customer support team had a winnings cheque of £1,811 returned to them.  Written on the envelope was “no longer at this address”.  e-Lottery have said that this is by no means a one off occurrence; in fact it happens a number of times every month.

This is happening because people are moving house and forgetting to advise e-Lottery head office of their move.  What’s more, players only need to log on to the e-Lottery website to do this.  The good news in this case is that customer support did have a mobile contact number for this person and they have since been sent their winnings cheque.

If you are currently an e-Lottery member simply log in to your back office NOW to check that all your details are indeed correct (just click on the “My Details” tab).  If they are not, be sure to update them immediately so that you always receive your e-Lottery winnings.
