€2.3 Billion El Gordo Christmas Lottery Draw Is Now On Sale With e-Lottery

You now have your chance to get involved in the biggest lottery game in the world.  e-Lottery is giving you the opportunity to secure your El Gordo syndicate place now well in advance of the December 22nd draw.  There is one very good reason why it is so important to secure your position early;  each year only so many tickets are made available for the El Gordo draw and once they are gone no more are made available.  And because of the huge prize fund on offer and the incredible number of prizes handed out each year, this draw is always extremely popular.  Every year vast numbers of individuals are left disappointed because they have left ticket buying to the last minute and have missed out.

Joining an El Gordo syndicate with e-Lottery also offers two very special benefits.  You are GUARANTEED to win at least one cash prize in the Christmas draw and you are also entered into a prize draw when one lucky winner will be handed the keys of a brand new BMW Mini in January 2010.

How The El Gordo Lottery Differs From The UK lotto

The plan of this piece of writing is to point out some of the fundamental differences between common traditional lottery games and the world renowned Spanish lottery, El Gordo.

In a conventional lotto game a player is generally required to pick a batch of numbers from a specific number range as well as an additional bonus number.  For example, in the UK lotto a player must choose 6 main numbers from 1-49 inclusive and then a further bonus number from the same range.  To collect the jackpot, a player must match all of their six main selected numbers with those numbers drawn.  If no ticket holder matches all the drawn numbers in a given week, the top prize is rolled forward to the following week increasing in size as it does so.

The Christmas Spanish El Gordo draw is very different in this area; there are only a certain number of tickets made available for this draw and due to this, winners are guaranteed in every draw.

The cost of buying a full El Gordo ticket (Billete) is also hugely different from acquiring a ticket in a normal lotto game, like the UK National lotto.  Buying a ticket for one UK draw costs a United Kingdom resident precisely 1 pound.  El Gordo lottery tickets will, on the other hand, cost you 200 Euros each.  Owing to the substantial price tag of partaking in this lottery game, complete tickets are broken down into ten parts (Decimos) costing a more affordable 20 Euros.  It is therefore rather common for groups of friends or family members to divide the cost of an entire El Gordo ticket in order to make the game a more workable proposition.

In the UK National lottery a tiny percentage of individuals ever win large amounts of cash, with the majority left disappointed on a weekly basis.  The El Gordo lotto on the other hand gives that winning feeling to a much larger number of individuals.  In the 2006 El Gordo lottery draw, 3 million Euros were paid out to each of the 180 winning billetes.  In the 2005 draw, the winning number was sold in the town of Vic in Catalonia (population 37,825), whose inhabitants scooped approximately 500 million Euros.

The Elgordo also delivers considerably improved chances of collecting a cash payout compared to that of the UK National lottery; with the Elgordo you have a very good 1 in 6 chance of picking up a cash payout compared to 1 in 52 when partaking in the UK lotto.

When participating in lotto games such as the UK National lottery, new lottery tickets are created every time a pound is spent meaning that tickets never run out for any of the weekly draws.  The El Gordo lotto is vastly different because only a certain number of tickets are ever printed and once they are all sold no more will become available.

The El Gordo lottery not only generates massive joy in its native Spain but now all over the world owing to the ever increasing amount of web-based lottery ticket sales agents.  It is therefore imperative that you purchase your preferred number of tickets as soon as they hit the market, to avoid disappointment.

e-Lottery Launches Spanish Superdraw Syndicates

Last night Tom Brodie, Co-Founder of e-Lottery, announced the launch of the Spanish Superdraw syndicates.  In December 2008 the huge El Gordo lottery was added to e-Lottery’s suite of syndicates but now a further 11 Superdraws have been made available giving lottery players around the world access to these huge prize fund lottery games.

Firstly, there are 3 special annual Superdraws.  These are:

There are also 9 standard Superdraws.  These are:

That’s right, your eyes are not deceiving you, you are GUARANTEED to win at least 1 cash prize in the 3 BIG Spanish Superdraws and at least 3 cash prizes in the other 9 standard Superdraws.  This is all down to the clever way in which e-Lottery has allocated the numbers in each of the Superdraw syndicates.

Unlike conventional lotteries, these Spanish Superdraws only print so many tickets so once the tickets are sold that is it.  To get involved in the March 2009 draw buy your Spanish Superdraw Syndicate place today.
